It’s not bad to have a hard time


Even if the event seems negative at first glance, if you change your perspective, you will realize that it is a valuable gift.

Of course, no one wants to experience negative events such as failure, injury / illness, restructuring, or divorce.

Still, there are some things that can be gained from experiencing something unpleasant.

For example, let’s say you went to a dentist and had your molars treated.

It is anesthetized and drilled.

The sound of a drill echoes in your head.

You are anesthetized, so you have to fight fear, even if it doesn’t hurt.

After the treatment is over, the effect of anesthesia disappears and you start to feel pain

You have to chew with the tooth on the opposite side of the treated tooth only on that day, so it’s hard to eat and it’s hard to taste.


What do you think at that time?

However, you may fill it with dissatisfaction and anger, saying,

“It hurts, it’s inconvenient, and I don’t like it anymore !!!”

“I don’t want to have a hard time like this again,

so I’ll brush my teeth more carefully from now on.”

“How grateful it is to have healthy teeth”

“How convenient it is to be able to chew with both molars.”

“It was such a good thing that I didn’t have any pain.”

In this way, it is also an opportunity to notice how grateful the normal state (natural state) was.


When you know how grateful you are for the ordinary,

you have learned the most important in your life.


To be normal is really very happy actually.


However, when you live your life, ordinary things become commonplace and you don’t feel grateful for ordinary things.

Health is the norm,

It is natural to have parents.

It is natural to have a job.

It is natural to have a partner.

It is natural to have money.


By the way, I have had a major surgery in the past.

Patients are informed prior to surgery about any potential risks in surgery.

Doctors say that even less than 1% of the risk can happen.

Even though I’m quite scared just to have an operation, I get more scared information than the operation itself.

As soon as I was told about the risk, I was filled with the desire to escape from the hospital window.


Only when you lose will you realize their importance.


If you realize that you are grateful for your normal condition, you will be happy every day.

You can spend every day with a fulfilled feeling.

You can spend every day calmly.


At that time, I thought, “Compared to this, the problem of relations didn’t matter at all.”


That’s right

When you had terrible experiences in your life, it seems like nothing you’ve ever felt painful.


But it may be too late after you’ve been hurt.
So, let’s try to focus on  the fact that “I am satisfied” and “I am grateful that nothing special happens “.
If you are in a calm and peaceful state of mind, you will not be hurt.


It’s hard to feel “thank you” in your daily life,

but if you have “terrible experiences”, that’s your chance.

Take this opportunity to remember when you didn’t have “terrible experiences” and feel how “thankful” it was.

And now, please look at other “being in a normal state” and feel grateful.
